JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

The role of committee secretary encompasses a broad spectrum of administrative and legal tasks. You will be responsible for preparing, conducting, and following up on committee meetings, as well as ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient case management.

  • Manage invitations and minutes for committee meetings.
  • Administer case management and record-keeping.
  • Provide administrative and legal support to committee members and administration.
  • Monitor laws and regulations in relevant areas.
  • Coordinate communications and information to relevant parties.
  • Ensure quality and efficiency in case preparation.
  • Develop and improve administrative routines.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
  • Has experience in administrative work within the public sector as a committee secretary.
  • Has knowledge of the Local Government Act and the Administrative Procedure Act.
  • Can work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Has good digital skills.

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Experience working with specific case management systems (e.g., Platina, Public 360).
  • Legal education or equivalent knowledge.
  • Experience in project management.
